SBF FOUNDATION

The SBF Foundation was established in 2013 by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF). As the social impact arm of SBF, the Foundation champions business-led efforts that strengthen Singapore’s social compact by uplifting lives, supporting inclusive employment, and empowering communities in need.

We believe businesses have a vital role to play in building a more inclusive and resilient society. Through strategic programmes and partnerships, we help companies embed social purpose into their operations—turning intent into action, and action into impact. Beyond rallying businesses to support employees in need and promoting equal access to employment, SBF Foundation also connects companies to charities aligned with their values—enabling them to champion causes close to their hearts, across areas such as the Arts, Education, Environment, Health, Sports, Youth, and others.
