VolunteerInc.

Activating Corporate Purpose

VolunteerInc. is SBF’s corporate volunteering programme, designed to help companies of all sizes design, start, and sustain meaningful corporate volunteering that is well‑matched to community needs.

Established through a strategic collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), and enabled by the SBF Foundation, VolunteerInc. supports businesses at different stages of their volunteering journey.

    Why VolunteerInc.

Social sustainability is a growing business imperative. Companies increasingly recognise that long‑term competitiveness depends not only on economic performance, but also on how they engage, develop, and support their people and communities.

Corporate volunteering offers a practical entry point. It is people‑centred and relational, linking workforce engagement, leadership development, and community trust. Yet while demand is strong, deployment remains uneven. Many businesses — especially SMEs — value social sustainability but lack the structure, capability, or connections needed to sustain meaningful corporate volunteering.

VolunteerInc. is designed to address this gap by providing structured support, trusted partnerships, and practical pathways for action.
