Mr Lim Ming Yan is the Chairman of Changi Airport Group. He was appointed to the Board as its Deputy Chairman on 1 January 2025, and now serves as Chairman of the Board with effect from 1 April 2025.
Mr Lim is an Independent Director on the boards of SembCorp Industries Limited, DLF Cyber City Developers Limited and China Vanke Co. Limited.

Mr Stephen Lee is the Chairman of Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank Ltd (Taipei) and Shanghai Commercial Bank (Hong Kong). He is also the Chairman of Tripartite Alliance Limited, Deputy Chairman of M+S Pte Ltd (Singapore) and Managing Director of GMT Investments Pte Ltd.
Mr Lee is currently a Board Director of Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd, Marina South Investments Pte Ltd, CapitaLand Group Pte Ltd, CLA Real Estate Holdings Pte Ltd and Special Adviser to Capella Group. He is also appointed as Member of NTUC-ARU Board of Trustee, Member of NTUC Foundation Limited.

He was also conferred one of Singapore’s highest state awards, Order of Nila Utama (First Class) in 2015. He was a Nominated Member of Parliament (1994-1997).

Mr Tony Chew is Executive Chairman of Asia Resource Corporation which has diversified business interests in Asia. He is also Chairman of Macondray Holdings Pte Ltd and Alliance Asia Holdings Pte Ltd, and Board Member of Heineken Myanmar Limited and KFC Vietnam Company. Entities he co-founded or headed include Pepsi-Cola Vietnam, KFC Vietnam, JetStar Asia Ltd, Pepsi-Cola Philippines, Del Monte Pacific Ltd, RHB-Cathay Securities and Hua Feng Paper Mill. He also served on the boards of SGX-listed Keppel Corporation, Keppel Bank, CapitaLand Commercial, Del Monte Pacific and Intraco Ltd.
In Singapore, Mr Chew played an active role in promoting regional businesses, having served as Chairman of Singapore Business Federation, Network Indonesia, Vietnam Business Club, and Member of TDB Singapore, Economic Review Sub-Committee and ASEAN Business Advisory Council. He was also a Member of the Economic Strategies Committee, National Productivity & Continuing Education Council, and founding Chairman of Duke-NUS Medical School Singapore.
He was Co-Chairman of ACCORD Employers & Business Council (2014-2022), Board Member of Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (2014-2023), and is currently Chinese Development Assistance Council BOT member and Advisor to Singapore Institute of International Affairs. He was conferred the National Day Meritorious Service Medal (2013), Public Service Star (2008) and Public Service Medal (2001), NUS Outstanding Service Award 2011, SG50 Outstanding Chinese Business Pioneers Award (2015) and SBF Appreciation Award 2017.

Mr Philip Ng, is currently its Senior Advisor of Far East Organization, he retired as Chief Executive Officer in 2023. Established in 1960 by his late father Mr Ng Teng Fong, Far East Organization is a property development and investment group operating in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Japan and USA. Far East Organization operates as a Christian enterprise seeking to be a community of love and a workplace of grace doing business guided by the eternal truths of Jesus Christ.
Far East Organization includes three listed entities: Far East Orchard Limited, a hospitality and property group, Far East Hospitality Trust which consists of Far East Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust and Far East Hospitality Business Trust, and Yeo Hiap Seng Limited, a 124-year-old industry pioneer of processed food and beverage products in Southeast Asia. Far East Organization’s Hong Kong-based sister company, Sino Group, engages in real estate activities in China (Hong Kong and Mainland) and Taiwan.
Philip served as Chairman of the Steering Committee for Singapore’s 4th university from 2007, then as the Founding Chairman of Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD, 2009-2016). As SUTD’s chairman, he steered the development of the university and cultivated the school's multi-disciplinary curriculum. In January 2010, SUTD signed a collaborative agreement with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in which the latter now mentors SUTD faculties. Under his leadership, SUTD has gained recognition for its innovative approach to education and has become a prominent institution both locally and internationally. In 2021, Philip was conferred an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Letters by SUTD in recognition of his efforts in helping to establish and develop the university.
Philip is a recipient of The Distinguished Service Order 2018, Meritorious Service Medal Singapore 2009 and Outstanding Contribution to Tourism Award 2006. He was a member of the Constitutional Commission that reviewed the Elected Presidency in 2016 and Chairman of Sentosa Development Corporation (2001-2007). He was Ambassador (Non-Resident) to the Republic of Argentina (2004-2007) and the Republic of Chile (2004-2010) and was conferred the Order of Bernardo O’Higgins (Gran Cruz) 2013 by the President of the Republic of Chile.

Mr Wee Ee Cheong joined UOB in 1979 and served as Deputy Chairman and President from 2000. In April 2007, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Mr Wee is a Director of UOB (Malaysia). He chairs UOB (China), UOB (Thai), United Overseas Insurance and is President Commissioner of PT Bank UOB (Indonesia). On the industry front, he serves as Council Member of The Association of Banks in Singapore and Vice-Chairman of The Institute of Banking & Finance. He is also a Board Member of the Singapore-China Foundation and an Honorary Council Member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry. In 2013, Mr Wee was awarded the Public Service Star for his contributions to the financial industry.
In 2022, he received The Asian Banker CEO Leadership Achievement for Singapore Award, was named Best CEO (large cap listed companies) by the Singapore Institute of Directors and was awarded The Business Times Businessman of the Year. A keen art enthusiast, Mr Wee is the Patron of the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. He is also a Director of Wee Foundation.
Mr Wee holds a Bachelor of Science (Business Administration) and a Master of Arts (Applied Economics) from American University, Washington, DC.
