As the economic landscape continues to evolve, TACs must evolve from traditional conveners into future‑ready, strategic enablers grounded in the pillars of People, Purpose, and Partnerships. Today’s TACs are critical catalysts strengthening industry resilience, uplifting capabilities, and contributing to national competitiveness.
This leadership panel brings together experienced TAC leaders and industry experts to explore what it means to be a Future Ready TAC, examining how organisations can build robust talent pipelines and future‑focused skills, cultivate clarity of purpose that drives trust and value creation, and activate meaningful partnerships through technology, collaboration, and cross‑sector networks to accelerate innovation and operational excellence. Through real‑world examples and practical strategies, the discussion will illustrate how these three pillars come together to create long‑term impact and position TACs for sustained relevance and agility.
Join us as we unpack the Future Ready TAC Playbook—one that transforms people into enablers, purpose into strategic direction, and partnerships into engines for collective progress. | 1130 to 1215 | Panel Discussion: Digital-Ready People, People-Ready Tech: Building TACs for the Next Transformation Curve
As digitalisation accelerates across industries, TACs must evolve into agile, tech‑enabled organisations capable of guiding their members through rapid change. This panel explores how TACs can modernise their systems and uplift workforce capabilities in tandem, ensuring that technology is not only implemented effectively, but adopted securely and confidently by the people who use it. Bringing together leaders in digital transformation, workforce transformation, and digital trust, the discussion will unpack how TACs can strengthen digital resilience, embed secure‑by‑design practices, and develop future‑ready teams equipped for new technology demands. Through practical insights and real‑world examples, panellists will highlight how TACs can move beyond incremental improvements to unlock sustainable, people‑centred digital transformation—delivering greater value, trust, and performance for their members and ecosystems.
| 1215 to 1300 | Lunchtime Fireside Chat: Champion’s Mindset, Winning Under Pressure
In every game, whether on the field or in the boardroom, champions rise not because conditions are perfect but because their mindset is. This session brings an inspirational, non‑business lens into the TAC world, drawing lessons from performance psychology and high‑stakes environments to reveal what it truly takes to stay focused, adaptable and resilient when the pressure is on.
Through compelling stories and real‑world experiences, participants will discover how champions prepare for uncertainty, bounce back from setbacks, and maintain clarity when the stakes are highest. These principles translate powerfully to the association context where TACs must navigate shifting member expectations, digital disruption, sustainability demands and new regional dynamics.
Framed with a strategic yet human‑centred slant, this session highlights how TACs can cultivate their own “champion’s mindset”.
