Jobs-Skills Integrator for Wholesale Trade Sector (JSIT-WST)

In partnership with Enterprise Singapore, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Workforce Singapore (WSG), SBF’s Jobs-Skills Integrator for Wholesale Trade Sector (JSIT-WST) programme aims to drive growth and innovation in the Wholesale Trade sector by equipping companies with the tools they need to build a skilled and adaptable workforce.

The JSIT-WST programme is a newly launched government-funded initiative aimed at optimising training and job matching for companies in the Wholesale Trade sector. Through this programme, companies will have access to expert advisory services provided by SBF’s Job Skill Advisors (JSAs), who will assist in enhancing and optimising their human capital capabilities.

The programme leverages an extensive network of industry partners to offer a variety of tools and resources, including grants from Enterprise Singapore, SSG and WSG. These include job redesign and reskilling services to help companies adapt to changing market demands and technological advancements; AI-assisted job matching to ensure that companies find the best-fit candidates efficiently; tailored training recommendations to address specific skills gaps and foster employee development; HR analytics to identify opportunities to support business growth; HR initiatives implementation support to implement jobs and skills initiatives and grant support, making it easier for companies to invest in their workforce.
