Mr Lim Ming Yan is an Independent Non-Executive Director on the boards of SembCorp Industries Limited, DLF Cyber City Developers Limited and China Vanke Co. Limited.

Mr Lim is also the Chairman of The Esplanade Co Ltd as well as a Board member of Enterprise Singapore and Singapore Non-Resident High Commissioner to the Republic of Mauritius. He previously served as Chairman of Workforce Singapore and a Board Director of the Housing Development Board.

In his 22 years at CapitaLand Limited, Mr Lim was President and Group CEO from 2013 to 2018. He was also CEO of The Ascott Limited from 2009 to 2012 and CEO of CapitaLand China from 2000 to 2009.

Mr Lim graduated with a first-class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, in 1985. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2002.

Mr Andrew Kwan is the Group Managing Director of the Commonwealth Capital group of companies, which has investments along the food vertical; including aquaculture, cold chain logistics, food services, and food manufacturing.

Mr Kwan is a Board Member of the Singapore Food Agency, Infocomm Media Development Authority, JTC Corporation, President Advisor of Restaurant Association of Singapore, Vice-Chairman and Honorary Secretary of Singapore Business Federation, a Member of Monetary Authority of Singapore’s Payments Council and Future Economy Advisory Panel (FEAP). He is also the Co-Chairman of Focus on the Family and an Elder at his local church.

Mr Kwan is Singapore’s non-resident Ambassador to the Kingdom of Sweden.

He had previously served on the Boards of SPRING Singapore and Enterprise Singapore, as non-resident fellow of National University of Singapore Eusoff Hall, Chairman of Aquaculture Innovation Centre, Member of Emerging Stronger Taskforce, Member of the Future Economy Council (FEC) and co-chair of the FEC Lifestyle sub-committee.

Mr Mark Lee is the Chief Executive Officer of Sing Lun Holdings Pte Ltd, a privately owned enterprise with diverse global business interests in industries, investments, and real estate. Under his leadership, the Group received the EY-Standard Chartered Family Business Award of Excellence in 2018. Mr Lee also heads Vac-Tech Engineering Pte Ltd as Managing Director, providing essential hazardous waste management services in Singapore and the Philippines. Additionally, he is a Non-Executive Director at Crystal International Group Limited (CIGL), a major apparel manufacturer listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, employing about 80,000 workers across 20 facilities in five countries.

Recognised for his entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Lee earned the "Most Outstanding Entrepreneur" title at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Awards 2010 in Singapore and the Ernst & Young (EY) Entrepreneur of the Year (Manufacturing) Award in 2015. In 2016, Mr. Lee was appointed to the Committee for Future Economy (CFE), a 30-member group established by the Prime Minister to ensure Singapore's continued prosperity and growth.

Active in the business community, Mr. Lee is also a Council Member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce, where he serves as Chairman of the Youth Business & Sustainability Committee.

Mr Lee is also a Board Member of the Singapore National Heritage Board, Yusof Ishak Institute of South-East Asian Studies, Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital, and Singapore Sports School, where he chairs the Financial Assistance Fund Committee. Additionally, he is Chairman of the Asian Civilisations Museum and Peranakan Museum. As an advisor and past President of the Singapore Textile and Fashion Federation (Taff), he has also led the Textile and Fashion Federation Training Centre (TaF.tc) academic and examination board and previously served on the Business China Board.

Ms Chong Ee Rong is an Independent Board Member with Certis Group. She is a seasoned business leader and corporate advisor and actively holds several independent board roles. Ms Chong brings deep expertise in general management, business management, commercial and sales, venture development, risk and reputation management, corporate governance, partnership engagement, strategic brand management, and integrated marketing.

Ms Chong’s current board portfolio includes an Independent Non-Executive Director with Jollibee Foods Corporation (PSE-listed), as well as Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee and member of the Compensation Committee. She sits on the Audit and Risk Committee and is a member of the Organisational Development and Compensation Committee of Certis Group. Ms Chong is also an Independent Non-executive Director with SDAX and Chair of the remuneration committee & nominating committee member. Her previous roles include a senior advisory position with Rainmaking Innovation, a venture development firm (acquired by Bain & Co), partnering with corporates to enhance their innovation growth strategies and capability building with clients through the journey of venture building and start-up collaboration. Ms Chong helmed leadership positions with listed healthcare group – Raffles Medical Group as Deputy Managing Director charged with transforming the commercial operations and digital transformation of one of the region’s largest healthcare players. Prior to this, she was spearheading a global integrated marketing agency - Ogilvy & Mather Singapore, working across the region building global brands and businesses through various stages of growth and transformation.

Ms Chong holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide and Masters in Arts from the University of South Australia. She is a Senior Accredited Director of the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Ms Yong Hsin Yue is the Managing Director of Kuok (Singapore) Limited (“KSL”), a member of the Kuok Group. The Kuok Group is a family-owned conglomerate with investments in real estate, hospitality, logistics, agri-commodities, and shipping & shipping related businesses, amongst others. Prior to joining KSL, Ms Yong was the General Manager of Special Projects, focusing on business development for Wilmar International Limited, an agribusiness listed on the Stock Exchange of Singapore.

Ms Yong started her career in investment banking where she spent 19 years working at Goldman Sachs in Singapore and in London. Her last role was as head of the Investment Banking Division for South-East Asia with responsibilities for the operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. She holds an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Worcester College, Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD.

She is also a Board Member of 65 Equity Holdings Pte Ltd and Singapore Telecommunications Ltd.

Mr Ong Pang Thye is the Independent Director of Singapore Power Limited. He was the former Managing Partner and former Global Board Member of KPMG Singapore and KPMG, respectively. Mr Ong has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and consulting, working with companies in various industries. These include Banking, Asset Management, Infrastructure, Media, and Real Estate. Previously, Mr Ong was the Head of Audit Practice in Singapore and KPMG’s Head of Accounting Advisory Services in Asia Pacific.

Mr Ong holds several important positions in Singapore. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) under the Ministry of Home Affairs. He is also a member of the Management Advisory Board of the National University of Singapore Business School. In addition to these roles, he is an Independent Panel Member of Aljunied Hougang Town Council.

Ms Ang Shih-Huei is the CEO and Co-Founder of H/Advisors Klareco, a leading strategic communications company. H/Advisors Klareco is headquartered in Singapore and also operates in Indonesia and Malaysia. Together with a global network of affiliates, H/Advisors Klareco serves businesses facing complex communications challenges in the region and globally.

Ms Ang has more than 20 years of communications experience in government relations, corporate reputation, investor relations and crisis communications management. Her clients span a wide range of organisations, including government ministries, multinationals and start-ups. Ms Ang sits on the Boards of Sentosa Development Corporation and Mount Faber Leisure Group. She is also responsible for spearheading the Singapore Women Entrepreneurs Network (part of the SBF), alongside her fellow ExCo Members.

Mr Marcus Lam is the Executive Chairman of PwC Singapore, and he is with the firm for more than 25 years. Marcus has many years of professional experience providing audit, advisory and consulting services to listed companies, multinational corporations and government agencies across different industries and sectors in Singapore.

Outside of PwC, Mr Lam is active in the non-profit sectors, he is the Deputy Chairman of the Singapore Polytechnic Board of Governors, the Chairman of the Edusave Advisory Council under the Ministry of Education, a Board Member of LASALLE College of the Arts, Chairman of the Alumni Advisory Board of Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. Mr Abu Bakar Mohd Nor is the President of the Singapore Malay Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of M Kapital Holdings, Fin (S.E) Asia, Forward Energy Renewables, Forward Energy Resources and Vizzio Technologies. He is also a Board Member for Workstation (Co-Sharing Office), BDx Holdings and BDx Asia Data Centre, focusing on energy, digital technologies and consultancy having business across Southeast Asia, China, and the Middle East. Recently, he was appointed Global Investment Ambassador by the Guangdong-Macau In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin.

Mr Bakar is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Singapore Institute of Technology University (SIT), a Board Member of Singapore's National Water Agency, Public Utilities Board (PUB), Singapore's Public Transport Company (SMRT Corporation Ltd), Islamic Council of Singapore (MUIS) and Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). He is also a Board Member of Malaysia Singapore Railway Transport Operations (RTSO) and Meranti Power, a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Market Authority Singapore (EMA).

At industry level, Mr Bakar is Chairman of Workplace Safety Health Council (WSHC), Chairman of Citizens Consultative Community (CCC) for Tampines Central under the People's Association, Deputy Chairman of Waste Management Facility Expert Advisory Panel for National Environment Agency (NEA), Advisory member of Pro-Enterprise Panel (PEP) under Singapore's Ministry of Trade and Industries (MTI) and member of Multi-Agency Workplace Safety Health Taskforce (MAST) for Ministry of Manpower.

Ms Chin is the Group CEO of HMI Medical, a growing regional private healthcare provider headquartered in Singapore with over 25 years of experience across Southeast Asia.

Since she joined in 2002, Ms Chin held various senior management positions, including Group General Manager and CEO of Regency Specialist Hospital in Malaysia. Since her appointment as Group CEO in 2015, she has led various digital transformation and community health initiatives which include the development of an integrated platform to enhance health management for individuals, corporates and communities at large. Mr Federico Donato is the Immediate Past President of the European Chamber of Commerce and Managing Partner at MG Partners. Previously, he was a Senior Relationship Manager at Credit Suisse Private Banking, providing coverage for ultra high net-worth clients. He has been President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and Vice President of Assocamerestero in Rome - the apex body of the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad. Mr Donato also serves as an Independent Board Member In private companies and Institutions, tasked with promoting Italian trade globally.

Mr Donato started his banking career In New York before moving to Singapore in 2005. He graduated in financial markets at Bocconi University and was a visiting student at Stern School of Business, New York University.

Mr Daijiro Eguchi is the President of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Singapore, and Managing Director of Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Pte Ltd. Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Pte Ltd covers various markets in Southeast Asia, Australia and India.

Born in Kyushu, Japan, in 1970, Mr Eguchi graduated from Waseda University with Bachelor of Commerce as well as Waseda Business School with Master of Business and Finance. In 1994, he joined Mitsui Fudosan Group, an all-rounded global real estate developer company founded and headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. In the past 30 years, Mr Eguchi has been involved in various core businesses of the group, including office, residential and urban developments in Japan, investments in China, as well as corporate planning at the global headquarters. From April 2024 onward, he also took on the role of Group Officer at Mitsui Fudosan Co. Ltd., the parent company in Japan. Besides being active in real estate development in the region,

Mr. Eguchi, who holds 7th dan in Kendo, is also a volunteer Kendo coach in Singapore.

Mr Kho Choon Keng is the President of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Mr Kho, a Singapore President’s Scholar, graduated in 1981 with First Class Honours in BSc (Engineering) from King’s College University of London. He started his career with the Singapore Civil Service until he joined his family business in 1985.

He is now the Executive Chairman of the Singapore-based Lian Huat Group, founded by his late father Mr Kho Beng Kang. Lian Huat Group has diverse business interests in residential and commercial development, real estate investments and management in Singapore, Australia, and China.


Mr Kho holds a strong belief in corporate social responsibility and the importance of education for our future generations. He serves on several public and civic institutions. He is a Director of Business China, Vice Chairman of China and North Asia Business Group of Singapore Business Federation, a member of the Board of Trustees of NTUC-U Care Fund and Chairman of Singapore Koh Clan Association.

Mr Ernie Koh is the Executive Director (Marketing) of Koda Ltd (listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange 2001) and Chairman of Commune Lifestyle Pte Ltd (100% subsidiary of Koda Ltd). He is also the President of the Singapore Retailers Association. Mr Koh has significant experience in international marketing and corporate branding. He is at the helm of the Group’s marketing initiatives, particularly in customer relationship management, client base diversification, trade fairs participation, new product launches and marketing talent recruitment. He is also instrumental in identifying the latest design trends and dealing with changing consumer preferences. Mr Koh has been with Koda Ltd for more than 25 years. During his tenure, he has rapidly expanded Koda’s market share, reaching out to more than 120 customers across more than 40 countries throughout the globe.

Mr Koh is also actively involved in the business and creative communities and is often invited to present at various international conferences globally. He served as President of the Singapore Furniture Industries Council (“SFIC”) and is currently Chairman of International Furniture Fair Singapore Pte Ltd and the SFIC Finance Advisory Committee. Mr Koh is also Chairman of SFIC’s Local Enterprise and Association Development (“LEAD”) Programme for SFIC. He was also appointed Co-Chairman of the Independent Experts Panel for the Furniture Industry by Enterprise Singapore.

Mr Koh holds a BSc in Marketing from the University of Oregon (USA) and an MBA in International Marketing from the San Francisco State University (USA). Ernie is married with 1 child. He is a member of the New Creation Church.

Mr Sherman Kwek assumed his role as CDL's Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in January 2018 after serving as the CEO-designate from August 2017. He was appointed Executive Director in May 2019 and concurrently holds the position of Executive Chairman of CDL China Limited since April 2016. Mr Kwek was previously the Deputy CEO and Chief Investment Officer of CDL. He has been spearheading the Group's expansion in China, Japan and Australia for over a decade and in recent years has also broadened the Group's presence in Singapore and the UK.

Ms Jenny Lee is a Senior Managing Partner at Granite Asia. She leads global investor relations and strategy and was instrumental in setting up GGV's first China office in 2005 and re-opening the Singapore office in 2019.

A self-starter, an investor and an entrepreneur, Ms Lee spent the last 23 years overseas and is frequently the first to invest in new innovative applications and products. She is best known for investments in sectors like Edtech, Fintech, Food and Agritech, Metaverse, and Energy Sustainability and Automation Technologies. Her portfolio includes 17 companies valued at more than $1 billion. She has had nine IPOs in the last five years, including one in 2023 and two in 2021 across five different global exchanges, and numerous portfolio companies exits via M&A. Ms Lee’s global investment track record over two decades and early operation and finance work experience with Singapore Aerospace in Singapore; Morgan Stanley, and JAFCO Asia in Hong Kong enhanced her role as a preferred board member with deep domain expertise and global investment experience.

Born and raised in Singapore, Ms Lee’s is highly respected in the Asia business community and serves as a board member of Temasek and SATS Ltd (SGX: S58). She serves on the governing boards of both Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and Duke-NUS Medical School. In addition, she is a member of Singapore's Research, Innovation and Enterprise Council (RIEC), chaired by Singapore's Prime Minister Mr Lee Hsien Loong, as well as a member of the Asia Business Council and Future Economy Advisory Panel chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Mr Heng Swee Keat.

Ms Lee has been a member of the Forbes Global 100 VC Midas list since 2012 and was the first woman to break the top 10 in 2015. She was also recognised by Forbes as one of the World 's 100 Most Powerful Women in 2023 and 2022 and in 2019 was named to the Forbes Asia Power Businesswomen 25 list and received the Business Times's Outstanding Overseas Executive Award. In 2016, she was named to the Vanity Fair New Establishment list, Fast Company Most Creative People in Business list, and is consistently recognised by The New York Times and CB Insights among the top 100 venture capital investors worldwide, ranking #8 among top venture capitalists in Asia.

Ms Lee graduated from Cornell University with an M.S. and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Mr Kenneth Benjamin Li is the President of Singapore Hotel Association, Managing Director of Carlton City Hotel Singapore, Director at Carlton Hotel Singapore, Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit, TPI Limited and a Board member of St. Joseph’s Institution International.

Mr Li graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Asian Studies Concentration (Japanese) from Colgate University, Hamilton, New York, USA and was honoured with a Doctor of Laws, honoris causa, from The University of Nottingham Ningbo China in 2017. In the same year, he was also bestowed the title of Honorary Fellow by The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Mr Lim is a Partner, and previously Co-Head, of the Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Allen & Gledhill. He has advised clients on numerous market-leading corporate and merger and acquisition transactions. He also advises clients on corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters. Mr Lim was called to the Singapore Bar in 1986. He was an Associate with the Firm in 1988/89 before spending time as an investment banker. Mr Lim rejoined the Firm in 1993 as a Partner.

Ms Elisa Mallis is the Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore and the APAC Managing Director and Vice President of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). She has accumulated 20 years of experience as a business leader with a focus on transformational change, human capital strategy, sales, and marketing. In her role, she leads CCL’s efforts in the region to accelerate leadership development while also contributing significantly to CCL’s global research agenda.

Based in Asia over the last 14 years, Ms Mallis has held substantial leadership roles, including at MDS (a Greater China-focused Leadership Firm), the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and Accenture.

Mr Neil Parekh is the Chairman of Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the International Advisory Committee for the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Singapore. He is also a member of the Governing Council of the Singapore Institute of Directors as well as serving on the advisory committee for James Cook University, Singapore. Mr Parekh serves on the Investment Committee for SINDA and is a former member of the Governing Council of the Association of Banks in Singapore.

Mr Parekh is a Partner and Head of Asia, Australia & New Zealand at Tikehau Capital. He is also concurrently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Pegasus Asia - one of the first SPACs listed on the Singapore Exchange. Prior to his current positions, Mr Parekh was General Manager, Asia for National Australia Bank (NAB) where he was responsible for all business, regulatory and governance matters in the Asia region.

Besides having deep knowledge of traditional players in banking, asset and wealth management, insurance, and non-bank finance companies, he takes an active interest in Fintech and currently serves as a director of Elevandi (established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, MAS) to expand its current fintech ecosystem), as a director of AMTD Digital and as a Board Advisor to AFIN-ASEAN Financial Innovation Network (formed by the International Finance Corporation and the MAS).

Mr Parekh holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, a Master's degree in Finance and an MBA in International Business.

Ms Dawn Tan is the Chairwoman of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and Managing Director of ADTLaw LLC. She founded ADTLaw LLC in 2013, which operates as a joint venture with established international firm Ashurst LLP through Ashurst ADTLaw. Ms Tan specialises in complex commercial disputes advisory and advocacy work and has been appointed as an arbitrator and lead counsel in international arbitrations. She is an experienced litigator who has appeared at all levels of the Singapore courts. She also held teaching positions in the NUS and SMU Law Schools.

Ms Tan holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (First Class Honours) from NUS Law School and further distinguished herself academically at Harvard Law School. She is a qualified lawyer in Singapore, New York State and England & Wales, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. Ms Tan also serves on the Civil Legal Aid and Criminal Defence Aid Means Test Panel (Ministry of Law) and is an Executive Council Member and the Treasurer of the Life Community Services Society, a charity that provides care and support to children from vulnerable backgrounds. Ms Tan has published academic papers on a range of subjects, including the use of Singapore law in cross-border commercial transactions.

Mr Lennon Tan is the President of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation and Group Chairman of ADERA Group. Mr Tan started his career as an engineer in the Petrochemical industry before spending 10 years with the American Multinational 3M. In 2001, he decided to pursue his dream of being an entrepreneur. After taking over a small smart card manufacturing business in China, he tapped into emerging technologies and innovation to transform the manufacturing outfit into one the top 10 global smart card producers in the world, and thereafter transforming the company’s capabilities to lead in fields of transformational financial services automation, biometric authentication, AI and data analytics, supporting major sectors ranging from banks, insurance, government, healthcare, telecommunications and transport in Asia. The group was awarded the ASEAN Business Award Overall Winner for Priority Integration Sector (ICT) in 2018.

Mr Tan was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Financial Technology Enablement) by global professional services firm Ernst & Young in 2017. A year prior, he was awarded the Inaugural Singapore Teochew Entrepreneur Award.

Mr Tan has a Bachelor Degree (Chemistry) from the National University of Singapore, where he graduated with Merit. He also attainted Master of Business administration
from the University of Western Michigan.

Mr Tan Zhiyong is the President of China Enterprises Association (Singapore) and Chief Executive Officer of MCC Singapore, the overseas branch of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC Group). Under his leadership, MCC Singapore has transformed from a construction subcontracting firm in 1996 to the integrated urban development corporation of today, including investments, urban planning and development, property development, project management, construction, and community service. In managing MCC Singapore, Mr Tan insists on localisation, specialisation, intensification, and digitalisation. Currently, MCC Singapore has achieved a fully digitalised circuit connecting its business's different stages and segments. With its key focus on sustainability and innovation, MCC Singapore has established its presence in all corners of the island city-state and is gradually expanding its business to other countries and regions, including Malaysia, Indonesia, and Cambodia.

Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Science (Civil Engineering) from Tsinghua University, China, a Master of Science (Geotechnical Engineering) from the Central Research Institute of Building and Construction (CRIBC), as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Australia.

Mr Wong Kee Joo is the Chief Executive Officer for HSBC Singapore, which he commenced in June 2021.

A Singaporean, Kee Joo has more than 26 years of banking experience across different markets including the UK, Thailand, Hong Kong and China.

Prior to being CEO of Singapore, he was HSBC's Regional Head of Global Liquidity and Cash Management for the Asia Pacific region - a role he has held since January 2015. In this role, he led HSBC's delivery of integrated cash management solutions to a multitude of clients across the region including multinational corporations, mid-market enterprises, small businesses, and financial institutions.

From 2009-2015, he was Head of Global Liquidity and Cash Management for China and, prior to that, Thailand. In both markets, he was responsible for leading the execution of HSBC's growth, investment, and emerging markets strategy, while leveraging on his strong client orientation and leadership credentials.

Mr Wong Wai Meng is the Chairman of SGTech and chairs the SBF Digitalisation Committee. He is Chief Executive Officer of Keppel Data Centres Holding and has almost 30 years of experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry and currently spearheads the company's thrust towards being one of the leading data centre developers and solution provider in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Keppel T&T, he was Vice President of BT Advise BT Global Services across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Turkey (AMEA) where he managed the company's practices in business consulting, systems integration, software development, networking, mobility, collaboration, and security. He was also CEO of the BT Frontline group of companies where he played a critical role in the integration of BT Frontline into BT Global Services.

He was also Council Member in Information Technology Standards Committee (ITSC), Chairman of Green IT Technical Committee (GITTC), Member in BCA-IMDA Greenmark for Data Centre Taskforce, and Committee Member in the Technology Strategy Committee of Mount Alvernia Hospital.
