Reporting
to the Director, Marketing & Communications, the Senior Manager supports
the planning, coordination and execution of integrated communications campaigns
and stakeholder-facing platforms, conferences, launches and organisational
initiatives across SBF. The role focuses on translating strategic
communications direction into coordinated campaign execution and publicity
delivery across media, stakeholder engagement, social amplification and
event-related communications workstreams. The role will work closely with
internal divisions, external agencies, partners and stakeholders to ensure
smooth delivery, visibility and amplification of SBF’s major campaigns,
launches and engagement platforms.
Responsibilities:
1.
Integrated Campaigns & Platform Communications
•
Develop and execute integrated communications plans for major campaigns,
conferences, summits, launches and organisational initiatives
• Coordinate publicity, stakeholder engagement and communications rollout
across media, social and owned channels
• Ensure alignment between campaign messaging, publicity efforts and
organisational objectives
• Support delivery and amplification of major organisational platforms and
stakeholder-facing initiatives

Media & Publicity Coordination
•
Coordinate media invitations, interview logistics, media servicing and
publicity support across campaigns, launches and events
• Draft and coordinate press releases, media advisories, communications
materials and campaign toolkits
• Support onsite media coordination and stakeholder communications during major
events and organisational platforms
• Liaise with media partners, agencies and stakeholders on publicity and
campaign execution matters
3.
Stakeholder, Agency & Project Management
•
Coordinate communications deliverables across internal divisions, agencies,
vendors and external stakeholders
• Support management of campaign timelines, publicity plans and operational
communications workstreams
• Ensure smooth coordination and execution across concurrent projects and
organisational initiatives
• Support budget tracking, procurement coordination and vendor management where
required

Campaign Amplification & Sustenance
•
Work with communications and marketing teams on campaign amplification and
audience engagement initiatives
• Support post-launch sustenance efforts and ongoing visibility for key
organisational initiatives and platforms
• Monitor campaign outcomes and support reporting on communications
effectiveness and engagement metrics
• Support integrated communications efforts across media, stakeholder
engagement and social amplification channels
5.
Team Support & Operational Coordination
•
Support integrated coordination across communications, campaigns and
stakeholder engagement workstreams
• Contribute to development of communications processes, templates and
operational workflows
• Support implementation of communications standards and coordination
frameworks across projects
• Provide operational support for high-priority organisational initiatives and
major platforms where required
Requirements:
•
Minimum 7 years of relevant
experience in integrated communications, campaign management, platform/event
communications, publicity and/or media relations
•
Strong experience managing campaigns, conferences, launches and
stakeholder-facing platforms
•
Strong project management, coordination and execution capabilities across
multiple concurrent workstreams
•
Experience in media coordination, publicity management and stakeholder
engagement
•
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities
•
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
and evolving priorities
•
Familiarity with integrated communications, social amplification and campaign
reporting will be advantageous
