As our Intern (Southeast Asia & Pacific), you will help deliver the Singapore Regional Business Forum, from developing pitch materials and preparing speaker meetings to designing event visuals, and contribute to a policy brief on Indonesia, working alongside our market teams, communications team and partners. You will gain practical skills in event management, stakeholder engagement and project coordination, and see first-hand how Singapore strengthens business ties across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Help deliver the Singapore Regional Business Forum (SRBF), a major event bringing together business and government leaders across the region

• Develop pitch materials for the forum.
• Organise and prepare meetings with speakers and content partners.
• Design slides and visuals for the event with the communications team.

Contribute to a policy brief on Indonesia

• Organise and prepare meetings with partners and collaborators.
• Liaise across internal market teams to drive the project content.
• Track project tasks and deadlines, and flag potential issues to your supervisor.
  

Requirements

• Preferably pursuing studies in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Data & Research, International Relations.
• Interest in organising events and working with stakeholders.
• Ability to carry out market research and analyse data.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
• Confidence in preparing presentations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in Southeast Asian markets.
• Must be able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of five months starting from Jan 2027.
