Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Smart Enterprise (6-months Contract)

As Senior Executive / Assistant Manager within the Smart Technologies and Sustainability Division, your primary responsibility is to support the team to ensure the successful delivery of AI awards that are co-organised by SBF. The main responsibilities include outreach and stakeholder management, marketing and publicity, site visits, and supporting SBF’s role as co-organiser of the AI awards.

  1. Drive outreach and stakeholder engagement: Lead efforts to connect with companies and Trade Associations across diverse industry clusters. Co-curate nominations for prestigious AI-related awards, positioning SBF as a key enabler in advancing AI adoption in Singapore.
  2. Coordinate and organise site visits: Plan and manage site visits to shortlisted nominees, ensuring thorough validation of AI adoption, customisation, and utilisation.
  3. Manage marketing and publicity campaigns: Manage and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness of the awards. These include SBF’s channels such as EDMs and social media to maximise visibility and engagement.
  4. Support broader SBF role as co-organiser of the AI awards: Work closely with the co-organiser by taking on additional duties as and when required to ensure the success of the awards.

 

Requirements (Qualification / Experience):

  1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience with a degree in Business or Technology-related discipline. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in related fields are also welcome to apply.
  2. Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and project management, with experience collaborating across diverse industry partners.
  3. Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging effectively with external stakeholders such as business leaders and SME owners.
  4. Strong analytical, consultation, planning, presentation, and facilitation skills; ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes will be an advantage.
  5. Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and effective time management skills. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Photoshop is preferred.
