Senior Executive (Marketing & Engagement)

The Enterprise Workforce Transformation Package Programme (EWTPP) is a strategic initiative supported by Workforce Singapore Agency (WSG) and administered by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) as the anchor programme partner. It aims to support companies in their workforce transformation efforts.

The Senior Executive (Marketing & Engagement) supports the effective implementation of marketing, communications, and engagement activities for the EWTP Programme. This role provides operational and administrative support to the programme team, assists in outreach and reporting, manages programme communications channels, and contributes to resource development. The Senior Executive works closely with Managers and Advisors to ensure robust engagement with companies and stakeholders, supporting programme outcomes and compliance with WSG funding agreement requirements.

The role also supports lead qualification and handoff by ensuring that engagement and outreach activities surface actionable enterprise leads for follow‑up and progression into bundled One‑WDD solutions, rather than event‑level participation alone.

  • Track event performance, analyse data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and KPIs.
  • Support lead generation, qualification and structured handoff from marketing and outreach activities to engagement and advisory teams, enabling progression into bundled One‑WDD solutions rather than standalone event participation.

Programme Administration & Reporting

  • Manage the programme email account and respond to enquiries from companies, partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist in compiling weekly or monthly engagement reports and programme dashboard.
  • Support the Lead Manager in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders, including WSG.
  • Assist in profiling success stories and gathering feedback from companies to inform continuous improvement.

Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure all marketing, engagement, and outreach activities comply with WSG funding agreement requirements, including branding, messaging and approval protocols.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to support audits, reporting and data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement processes and resource development, supporting the effectiveness of the EWTP Programme.
