SBF Establishes Cyber Resilience Centre to Strengthen Cybersecurity Support for Businesses
The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) today announced the establishment of the Cyber Resilience Centre (CRC), launched in partnership with the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI) and SGTech, and supported by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA). The announcement was made at Singapore International Cyber Week (SICW) 2025.
The CRC will serve as a central support node to help Singapore organisations including Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) enhance their cyber defences and recover swiftly when incidents occur.
As digitalisation accelerates, businesses are increasingly exposed to cyber risks, with more than 8 in 10 organisations experiencing a cybersecurity incident annually. The CRC aims to improve baseline cybersecurity hygiene, strengthen public-private partnerships, and build business confidence in digital transformation.
Key planned initiatives include:
- A neutral and secure Cyber Helpline to provide triage and rapid guidance for organizations affected by cyber incidents
- Cybersecurity health clinics with diagnostic sessions to assess SME cyber readiness
- Access to CSA’s CISO-as-a-Service programme for implementation support
- Cyber drills and capability-building workshops to strengthen response and recovery
