Provide hands-on support in administration and outreach for the Next Bound Digitalisation Initiative:
Create compelling marketing materials, including those developed with responsible and ethical use of artificial intelligence tools, to raise awareness of the various workstreams under the Next Bound project.
Explore new and strengthen existing ATL and BTL marketing channels to reach different market segments and contribute to the department’s KPIs for the Next Bound project.
Track take-up rates and introduce feasible, innovative approaches to achieve higher conversion rates.
Participate in interviews with businesses and join company visits to understand their pain points and how digitalisation can address them.
Support with events management across value chain, including but not limited to event marketing, lead generation, event setup and logistics, post-event reporting, etc.
Support maintenance of database across workstreams, including adopting and utilising best practices, explore new avenues of contacts, and funnelling of businesses to relevant events based on needs and interests of businesses.
Who We are Looking For:
Currently pursuing degree in Business, Events Management, Communications.
Knowledge of MS Office and Basic AI tools e.g. CoPilot and ChatGPT. AI or Canva for creative design work will be an advantage.
Must be able to commit to full-time internship for at least 3 - 6 months starting from Jan 2026.
