Senior Executive, Smart Enterprise (Contract)

As a Senior Executive within the Smart Technologies and Sustainability Division, your primary responsibility is to support the team to conceptualise, organise, manage, and provide comprehensive marketing and operational support for the Division’s workshops and initiatives designed to equip businesses with insights, expertise, and practical solutions and help these businesses adopt and utilise technological tools in areas such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), and e-invoicing.

Responsibilities:

Cyber Resilience Centre (CRC)

  • Plan and execute cyber plus and cyber health clinics under CRC, including scheduling, logistics, and participant registration.
  • Track key performance indicators for clinics and support feedback mechanism from participants to seek continuous improvements to enhance subsequent clinic delivery.
  • Cultivate relationships with private sector partners and sponsors of clinics to deliver sustainable, impactful, and measurable outcomes for participants.
  • Develop outreach materials to effectively articulate and raise awareness for CRC and encouraging businesses to tap cyber incident helpline service.

Digitalisation-Themed Workshops

  • Work with external stakeholders to co-curate digitalisation-themed workshops and events that provide tangible benefits for businesses across sectors and sizes.
  • Craft marketing materials and manage online registration platforms, workshop logistics and post-workshop follow-ups with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Maintain clear communication and providing timely updates to facilitate successful engagement and outcomes.

Future Economy Conference

  • Support conference management by engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders on programme content to ensure the conference achieves its intended objectives and delivers tangible benefits to businesses.
  • Provide onsite support throughout the conference days to ensure smooth execution and effective stakeholder engagements.

Miscellaneous

  • Handle any other ad-hoc responsibilities and duties assigned by the division and senior management.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of relevant working experience and background in event management, marketing, and/or business development, preferably complemented by a foundational understanding of cybersecurity nuances.
  • Strong in programme management and budget control skills and keen attention to detail and analytical ability in interpreting data points.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders such as sponsors, speakers, and event partners, etc.
  • Ability to design and develop compelling event marketing and promotional collaterals, including programme leaflets, flyers, e-newsletters, banners, and social media content.
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethics, effective time management, and ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferably experienced in design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
