Programme Coordinator

We are seeking a committed and motivated Programme Coordinator to join our team. The role will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programmes that connect businesses with community needs and advance the Foundation’s mission.

Job Responsibilities

Programme Support and Coordination

  • Assist in the planning, coordinating, and execution of Foundation programmes and events.
  • Handle logistics such as venue logistics, materials preparation, and participant registration.
  • Track and maintain accurate programme records and databases.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support outreach and relationship management with companies and community partners.
  • Prepare communication materials including decks, briefs, and reports.
  • Provide on-site support during events and partner engagements.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Collect and compile programme data for reporting and evaluation.
  • Provide secretariat support for internal and external meetings, including preparing meeting packs, taking accurate minutes, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Draft progress updates, impact reports, and post-event summaries.

Administrative and Team Support

  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Contribute to other Foundation projects and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Social Sciences, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
  • 1–2 years work experience in programme coordination, non-profit, or community engagement preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong interest may be considered.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong team player.
  • Proficient in MS office & Excel; familiarity with digital tools for events/data is a plus.
