Manager/Assistant Manager, PW Mark Administration Office

The Progressive Wage Mark (PW Mark) is an accreditation scheme under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) that recognises eligible firms that pay progressive wages to lower wage workers. 

The SBF PW Mark Administration Office serves as the public-facing administrative body for the PW Mark, maintains the administrative processes for PW Mark certification/renewal, and conducts engagement and outreach activities to generate awareness of the PW Mark among the business community.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the database of certified companies, ensuring timely updates, accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Handle day-to-day queries on PW Mark and related matters, collate key issues, and escalate cases for review where necessary.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on PW Mark processes, address concerns, and foster collaborative relationships that support programme objectives.
  • Assist in ensuring the functionality and usability of key IT systems necessary to support PW Mark administration, such as the PW Mark Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Event Management system, and Finance system.
  • Ensure operational readiness of the abovementioned systems by identifying and reporting root causes of issues and coordinating with internal teams or external vendors to facilitate timely and effective resolution. 
  • Account manage a group of companies, managing the end-to-end process of applications, renewals, approvals, rejections, and appeals for Progressive Wage (PW) Mark certification/renewal. 
  • Support the organisation of outreach sessions where needed to generate greater awareness, understanding and recognition for PW Mark.
  • Support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Head or organisation, contributing to cross-functional efforts and ensuring timely execution of tasks in alignment with organisational goals.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, customer service, or a related field. 
  • Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, supported by sound analytical thinking, confident decision-making, and effective presentation abilities.
  • A proactive team player who is adaptable, resourceful, and capable of working independently to deliver outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 360, particularly Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and charts), with working knowledge of digital platforms such as CRM systems, event management portals, and finance systems.
  • Have experience in managing and supporting digital platforms or organisation systems, including troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and coordinating with internal teams or external vendors for timely resolution.
  • Ability to understand and utilise AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Possession of a Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. A certificate of attendance for relevant project management training will also be considered favourably.
  • Having some social media content development or involvement in outreach initiatives will be an added advantage.
