Executive / Senior Executive (Payroll), HR & Transformation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Executive to support payroll processing and audit-related tasks. You will assist in ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution and compliance with statutory regulations.

As part of a collaborative HRTD team, you’ll also gain hands-on experience in areas beyond payroll, including salary benchmarking, budgeting, and broader HR operations. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end payroll processing for employees, including monthly salary, bonuses, and other payments.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required employee and payroll documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, CPF contributions, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle payroll queries from employees and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
  • Assist in generating payroll reports and reconciliations for finance and audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to support salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
  • Contribute to budgeting activities, including forecasting salary costs, determining hiring budgets and preparing payroll-related data for financial planning.
  • Support HR team in administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in payroll or HR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
  • Knowledge of local labor laws, CPF, and statutory payroll requirements is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems or HR software is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational ability.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive payroll data.
  • Proactive team player who collaborates well with colleagues, supports collective goals, and contributes positively to team dynamics.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
