Integrating Foreigners into Singapore Should Start At the Workplace

Singapore remains a top destination for multinational corporations, but businesses are struggling with local manpower shortages. A recent SBF survey found that of some 800 businesses, 61% of businesses now face local talent shortages, up from 40% last year. Furthermore, foreign talent contributes to innovation and economic growth but raises social tensions.
