As our Talent Attraction Intern, you will play a key role in contributing innovative ideas to enhance employer branding efforts. 

Responsibilities

Develop Employer Branding: Be involved in an exciting employer branding project where the intern will play a vital role in developing the branding to showcase SBF as an employer of choice. The intern will be involved in selecting the right vendor for this project, work alongside SBF HR and the vendor to co-create the new employer branding. 

Requirements

  • Preferably studying in HR, Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field. 
  • Possess HR related knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms. 
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Must be able to commit at least 3 months
