In this role, you will assist the ED HRTD to supervise the Recruitment and Training operations in delivering efficient HR services as well as spearheading operational excellence via policies, processes and systems. You will also be the sole contributor for Engagement and work closely with the ED HRTD to create a motivating work environment.
