Lead/Head, Programmes

We are seeking a purpose-driven and relationship-oriented leader to oversee the Foundation’s portfolio of workplace- and workforce-focused social impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strategic acumen, strong programme and partnership management skills, and a collaborative, mission-driven mindset. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategy, forge cross-sector partnerships, and build an enabling ecosystem that connects businesses and community organisations to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions that advance employability and economic mobility for underserved communities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of social impact initiatives aligned with the Foundation’s mission and community needs.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships across business and social sectors to co-create and scale inclusive, workforce-centric solutions.
  • Track and evaluate programme plans, milestones, and outcomes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, demonstrating accountability and impact.
  • Provide Secretariat support to the Programmes Sub-Committee and Board, including the preparation of reports and discussion papers.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on corporate strategy, and contribute to internal planning, innovation, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support resource mobilisation efforts by preparing funding proposals, tracking outcomes, providing stewardship reports and managing donor relations.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the Foundation’s work.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector collaboration, ideally in the social impact, non-profit, or workforce development sectors.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills to align programmes with organisational mission and business needs.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage corporates, government agencies, non-profits, and donors effectively.
  • Clear and compelling communicator, able to craft impact narratives, present recommendations, and convey strategic insights.
  • Proactive and resourceful team player who thrives in a lean, mission-driven environment.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to navigate change and ambiguity with agility.
