The candidate will play a key role in supporting the design, delivery and evaluation of impactful programmes, while building meaningful connections with key partners and ensuring effective execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate brings hands-on project delivery expertise, combining organisational excellence with people-skills, and thriving in both self-directed and team settings. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful change while developing hands-on experience in programme coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Job Responsibilities

Programme Management:

  • Support the research, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programmes to meet programme objectives.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with programme partners and key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders, including organising meetings, workshops and events.
  • Track programme outcomes and prepare regular updates on performance metrics to ensure alignment with targets.
  • Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive reports, presentations, and impact statements for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative tasks and provide logistical support for programme activities.
  • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned to support the team’s success.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma with relevant experience in programme coordination or management.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and open to change, with a proactive approach to new roles, processes, and situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
