Assistant Manager, Digital/Performance Marketing

This position plays a key role in driving lead generation and digital marketing campaigns for the organisation. It involves close collaboration with internal teams and coordination with external vendors, public-private partners, and service providers. The focus is on building new marketing capabilities, executing multi-channel campaigns, and advancing brand and business objectives. Candidates with experience in media or integrated communications campaigns and a proven ability to develop and execute cohesive strategies across multiple channels are highly preferred. Any additional exposure to media relations is a plus.

Job responsibilities

Campaign Creation and Execution:

  • Assist in the creation, execution, and management of multi-channel and thematic campaigns, including media/integrated communications campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and lead conversion.

Digital and Social Data Analytics:

  • Analyse content performance and translate qualitative data into actionable recommendations to optimise click-through rates to websites via digital and social media channels.
  • Assist in the development and implement user segmentation strategies to deliver personalised marketing communications, enhance user experience, and improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer engagement through digital tools (including CRM and website), or exceptional experiences.

Coordination:

  • Manage deadlines and ensure the timely execution of campaigns and activities.
  • Work closely with external vendors, media agencies, and digital content partners to achieve campaign objectives in a multi-stakeholder setting.
  • Handle administrative matters relating to campaigns such as preparing documentation, procurement, as well as tracking of timelines, project progress and budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Proficient working-level knowledge of digital analytics and management tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Website CMS. Experience with Oracle Netsuite is a plus.
  • Keen interest and experience in UX/UI design and audience experience.
  • Strong understanding of evolving audience needs across various digital and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their business functions.
  • Demonstrable experience managing digital agencies, vendors, and content partners.
  • May be called on to take on media relations responsibilities on an as-needed basis.
  • Excellent team player with the confidence to share expertise and the willingness to learn about the company’s culture, business, and target audiences.
