As a senior leader in the TACs & Business Networks team, you will be at the forefront of shaping Singapore’s business ecosystem - curating strategies, leading teams, and driving impactful change.
Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs)
You will lead the strengthening of Singapore’s TAC ecosystem by forging strategic partnerships, building sector-wide capabilities, and championing transformation initiatives. You will work closely with TAC leaders, government agencies, industry partners and internal stakeholders to co-create programmes and platforms that uplift governance, leadership, and operational excellence across the sector. Your efforts will help position TACs as agile, future-ready enablers that can respond to evolving business needs and opportunities.
Business Networks
You will also spearhead the growth and development of SBF’s business networks which focus on next-generation business leadership and women entrepreneurship. By shaping and nurturing vibrant communities, you will design and deliver platforms and programmes that empower next-gen business leaders and women entrepreneurs and propel SBF’s work in empowering business leaders of tomorrow. This includes curating leadership programmes, fostering peer learning, and amplifying the voices of next-gen business leaders and women entrepreneurs to drive innovation and inclusive growth.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strategic vision, exceptional relationship-building skills, adaptability, and a deep understanding of both ecosystem development and emerging business trends. You will play a key role in mobilising networks, resources, and capabilities to drive shared outcomes and magnify the reach and influence of SBF’s platforms and programmes.
One WDD Strategic Planning
You will also lead One WDD Planning functions within the division, including strategic planning for divisional workplans, performance and KPIs monitoring, and business insights. You will ensure divisional alignment with SBF2030 priorities and support cross-team integration across WDD portfolios. You will drive quick-win pilots and flagship programmes with the SBF Business Institute (SBI), co-developing scalable models in governance, trade, and leadership.
